Megla: Located on the way to Banderban city, Megla is probably the most visited place in Bandarban. It is very popular with the people for holding picnics. It has two hanging bridges connecting hills on the other side of the lake. It is surrounded with high hills. It is a fascinating place to spend a day. It has a watchtower, a tiny zoo and swings, shops selling necessary items a visitor might require. It has an irresistible lake but swimming or taking shower in the lake is strictly prohibited. One can go on the other side using a hanging bridge and come back using the other one. It is a huge area providing a unique natural surroundings. One can enjoy this resort with a very nominal entrance fee. It has a safari park inside where if one may see friendly deer roaming around. It has a small zoo with monkeys, deer and few other animals. Outside the Megla there is hotel of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation with their located in a wide hilly picturesque spot.
